Laser Distance Replacement Sensor
In industry (especially in sub-processing, bonding, and automation), laser distance sensors are used for non-contact distance measurement with high accuracy (µm–mm).

1. When installing the photoelectric switch and laser switch, ensure that the switch is perpendicular to the detection object as much as possible.When installing side by side, it must not be installed too densely.
There must be a certain interval. The interval distance requirement is directly related to the actual use environment, so as not to cause interference after installation Prevail.
2.The factory detection standard of photoelectric switch and laser switch is a square pure white paper baffle.
The actual detection distance will change due to the difference of the color reflectivity of the picked object.
3.Laser and photoelectric products are not suitable for use in dusty, oily, humid and vibrating environments. The operating temperature is 0-50℃. The section of the switch head to the middle amplifier part has an optical fiber cable and cannot be folded.
It is not resistant to the interference of the motor and the inverter. It should be kept at a certain distance. The working voltage is DC10-30V and the load current should not exceed 100 mA. (The switch cannot be used in areas involving personal safety, such as anti-pinching)
4.The detection standard for laser diffuse reflection and photoelectric diffuse reflection products is A4 pure white cardboard. The detection distance of the product is greatly affected by the color and reflectance of the detected object.
The brighter the color, the better the reflection, the longer the detection distance of the product, the color The darker, the worse the reflection, the shorter the detection distance.
If a black object is detected, the actual detection distance may only be about 20% of the factory detection distance.
